DBE 101: Introduction to NCDOT (Raleigh)

This course will introduce newly certified firms to the various areas within NCDOT that provide contract and procurement opportunities. Firms will also learn how to market their business and how to take advantage of Business Opportunity and Workforce Development (BOWD) technical and business assistance programs.
